Hearing Science



I hope Wolters Kluwer and Lippincott Williams and Wilkins don't mind my sharing this priceless drawing with you. I can't say that I actually understood the part of the Central Auditory Nervous System that they were trying to explain to me through this illustration, but I sure got a kick out of it when I needed one. I love the face on that one excited nerve!

it means that when the signal reaches the right nerve it will excite that nerve but it is really the funniest picture i have seen :)
