I made ratatouille today! It was quite good. I had to psychologically prepare myself to eat it though because I don't like mushrooms, and even though eggplant doesn't taste like mushrooms... it looks like mushrooms, and it has a similar texture, which is the hardest part to get over.

You mean my furry little sous chefs? Of course! I cut myself with a mandolin slicer so I hired the rats to deal with stuff like that for me. Talk about cheap labor!
