Launa and I made Honeybell Souffles for Valentines day. I think they turned out pretty good for our first time making souffles. Texture was absolutely perfect. We also polished off the end of the first season of Pushing Daisies, which is a delightful series. I'm excited for the second season to come out on DVD which it probably won't do for a good long time. Haha oh well. I thrive on having something to look forward to.
