This is a nice little bakery at about 3rd South and 3rd West in SLC. It has great bread. I had a wonderful ham sandwich delightfully and plentifully laden with brie with a nice Dijon sauce.

Have you been to that German bakery in SLC, it starts with a V and now the name has slipped my mind, I am sure you've been there, it is right across from the big main post office.
I haven't been there, but I've seen it. It sounds great!
